About us

TalTech is an advocate of responsible business and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) principles, and a key partner in developing and implementing sustainable economic models and their principles.

The ESG Centre was established to combine science, entrepreneurship, and society in shaping a sustainable and responsible future. We aim to find research-based solutions to support economic well-being, social justice, and environmental accountability, and seek to inspire and guide all economic stakeholders to make informed and impactful decisions that contribute to a balanced and sustainable economic environment.

Collaboration

Academic collaboration

The Centre for Responsible Economics and ESG collaborates with other research groups within and outside the university to promote research interdisciplinarity and contribute to the development of complex solutions. Jointly, we initiate research projects, write scientific articles, and disseminate research results.

Non-academic collaboration

The Centre for Responsible Economy and ESG is open to collaboration with both companies and public sector organizations. The Centre supports consulting on responsible business strategies, training, and joint development projects. Our major partners include Swedbank, Kaupmees Group, the Gender Equality Commissioner’s Office, and the President Kersti Kaljulaid Foundation.
