The conference will feature top executives from global companies such as Bosch, BMW Group, and others, alongside influential Estonian leaders. They will share practical tools for building responsible teams, accelerating decision-making, and making collaboration truly effective.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike traditional inspiration-focused events, you will leave this conference with a concrete leadership framework and an actionable plan that you can immediately apply in your daily work. For a young leader, this is a rare opportunity to learn directly from top-level practice and to enter the higher-tier leadership network at an early stage.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the conference, you will be accompanied by Merle Ojasoo, Associate Professor of Management at TalTech and Head of the Centre for Responsible Economy and ESG.<\/p>\n<p>We encourage you to apply if you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>are a TalTech Master\u2019s or Doctoral student or an alumnus from any field;<\/li>\n<li>have at least three years of continuous experience as a middle manager;<\/li>\n<li>have a good working proficiency in business English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The criteria are intended as guidelines, not strict requirements.
