We support the efforts of our school and university to provide sustainable and responsible education in economics and technology. We expect TalTech alumni to recognise and consider the environmental and social impacts of their actions.

University-based knowledge transfer into the real economy through various forms of collaboration, including joint seminars, training, consultation, projects, and more.

Knowledge transfer

We foster research collaboration through international projects, strategic partnerships, and knowledge transfer from researchers to entrepreneurs.

The centre offers training sessions and consulting on various ESG aspects, topics related to environmental, social, and governance areas, such as CO₂ footprint calculations, environmental impact and biodiversity, workplace wellbeing and equal treatment, inclusion, strategic management, and more.

We encourage the public to shift towards a more sustainable and responsible economic environment by initiating relevant discussions in society.

Cooperation with public sector and third sector organisations

We are open to cooperating with the public sector and non-governmental organisations. We are a valued partner to several public institutions, such as Transparency International Estonia, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications.

We do commissioned research and deliver training through public procurement and calls for proposals.

Engagement in political and public debate

We are actively involved in public discussions and initiate them. Our researchers disseminate their research achievements in Estonian and international media, including academic journals. Through scientific consulting, we contribute to political discussions and decision-making processes.
